These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all transactions, promotions, schemes, and communications related to Global Manikchand India (“GMC”) and its products. By engaging with GMC as a customer, distributor, trade partner, or participant in any promotional activity, you agree to abide by these T&Cs.

1. Product Quality & Compliance

-All GMC products are manufactured and sold in compliance with applicable laws, including FSSAI guidelines and statutory packaging requirements.

-All packaging carries the legally mandated 50% warning display and other relevant consumer safety notices.

2. Intellectual Property

-All trademarks, brand names, designs, and packaging of GMC are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

-Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or imitation is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.

3. Sales & Distribution

-Only authorised dealers, distributors, super stockists, wholesalers, and retailers appointed by GMC are permitted to sell GMC products.

-GMC reserves the right to modify prices, product specifications, and distribution policies without prior notice.

4. Liability Disclaimer

-GMC is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from misuse of its products or prizes awarded under any promotional activity.

-GMC will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential losses.

5. Communication Consent

-By engaging with GMC, you consent to receive official communication via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or other channels, even if you are registered under DND.

6. Governing Law

-All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Surat, Gujarat], India
